India Ramey

India Ramey‘s new album -Shallow Graves- kicks off with a shudder of woozy, western guitar, sounding as much like the soundtrack to some long-lost cowboy epic as the follow-up to Ramey’s critically-acclaimed national debut, Snake Handler. Progressive, gritty, and darkly cinematic, this is a record inspired by the turbulent present, stockpiled with songs that take aim at the liars, leaders, and hypocrites among us. Ramey calls it her “post-apocalyptic western,” and she fills the album’s tracklist with plenty of fury and alt-country firepower to match.

Moseley

Moseley is a singer-songwriter from Valdosta, Georgia, who has been immersed in music since childhood. Singing since she could form words, Moseley’s talent was recognized early on by her church’s choir director and her grandmother, both of whom encouraged her to take vocal lessons. By the age of 10, she was receiving university-level training from college professors and obtaining a classical vocal education. Moseley’s musical influences include iconic vocalists like Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, and Aretha Franklin, while her artistic and writing influences also encompass Taylor Swift, Halsey, Christina Aguilera, and Stevie Nicks. This blend of influences has shaped her as a pop artist with R&B/Soul and Rock elements. Moseley’s strengths lie in her exceptional vocal ability and talent for songwriting. Years of vocal training have equipped her with a versatile voice capable of whistle register, strong belts, and a developed lower end, all while conveying emotion and maintaining the integrity of her songs. Additionally, her vivid imagination and knack for storytelling, honed since childhood, allow her to craft songs that resonate deeply with listeners.
